Omi patterns

First three sections of playcard are all ecg patterns of an occlusive MI and indicating the need for emergent cath. Also referred to colloquially as "STEMI-equivalents."


Hyper Acute T Waves

Pattern recognition:

1. Increased T wave size*

2. Increased symmetry
